Physical pain is a marvelous alarm system that prevents further damages.It tells us:” You better change what you’re doing!”
Emotional pain gives us a similar message,i..”You better change how you’re thinking!”
In a nutshell..
With both Physical and emotional pain,when we keep doing the same thing, it it keeps hurting!

Start everyday with an intention to be balanced and peaceful.
Somedays you will cruise thorgh until bedtime, and some days you won’t make it past breakfast.
If peace of mind is your daily goal, you will get better and better:)
