Cooking has been my therapy rather than a task. So whenever i’m tired of doing my routine work at home, i will find my soul enlightened whenever i’m in the kitchen trying any new recipe. Since jelly is one of the dessert that easy, fast and fun to make, so i decided to spare some time this evening to indulge myself with the pandan flavored jelly:)
Here is the simple way of making hassle free jelly
Step 1: Make a time to got for shopping and get any brand of jelly/agar-agar
Step 2: Find time to do it
Step 3:Place the agar-agar strips in a pan.Boil in approximately 1400 ml of water until the gar-agar dissolves.
Step 4: Stir in sugar and colouring desired. At the same time you can put in the pandan leaves into the boiling agar-agar mixture.
Step 5: Pour into yout favorite moulds
Step 6: Leave it to cool and set
Step 7: heheheh…makanlah
