City Chocolate Cake

Cooking can remind many thing for for people. As for me, cooking truly can be relaxing and to lift up my soul 🙂 Today i would like to share this recipe from  cooking show which i watched recently. This recipe is taken from the Spice Goddess! I still haven’t  try this recipe but thought wanna share with you guys first!

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour

3tsb of cocoa powder

1 tsb of baking powder

1 tsb of baking soda

1 tsb cardamom  powder

1 tsb fennel powder

1/2 tsb salt

1/2 cup of sugar

* All the above ingredients need to be mixed and sieved.

1 big cup of water

1/4 cup of  oil (canola, corn or sunflower oil)

1 tsp Vinegar

Mix all this ingredients

How to do:

Pour all the water ingredients into the flour. Mix everything together

Bake into 180 celcius for about 30 minutes.

Now u can enjoy the City Choc cake:)

What’s for dinner

When i have little time and getting hungry..wht shld be the best food to prepare? obviously simple and healthy sandwiches. But since i don’t feel like eating sandwiches, i decided to try out egg kurma curry. I’m surprised that i can able to prepare in 20 minutes time. So what’s next. My diet need to be balance right? There goes my ladies finger with egg fried. The last item to be prepared is rice.

Honey dinner is ready!!!! come faster before it gets cold;)

Holiday Indulgence
